excellent stay with great service
cute staff extra mile room upgrade lovely note
the reception staff was very cute. they went the extra mile for us. we also appreciated the upgrade for our wedding anniversary. a lovely note was written on the window, it was a special detail.
i noticed the windows cannot be opened. they were dusty, it was impossible to get any fresh air.

the concierge team was very attentive. they gladly assisted with any requests i had. they knew local attractions well and provided thoughtful recommendations for sightseeing, it was helpful.

The hotel starts at level 35 so the views are great. The decor is modern and the food quality stands out. Bedroom views are AMAZING. My premier king room city view had floor-to-ceiling windows. I especially liked the attentive service.
the minibar prices were HIGHER than expected, even for a hotel like this. I found it a bit inconvenient.

My room featured automated blinds and lighting controls. The bed was comfortable with high-thread-count linens. The bathroom included heated floors and designer toiletries, a nice touch.

Staff at the front desk provided quick and helpful assistance. Concierge services were available 24/7 for travel arrangements. Housekeeping kept the room super clean, i thought they do excellent work.

helpful staff prompt luggage rack excellent tour dining recommendation
i found the staff genuinely helpful. the requested luggage rack arrived promptly. visiting the bar did not require a reservation (a lucky find!). the concierge provided excellent tour arrangements and dining recommendations.
housekeeping entered the room without prior notice.
